Our mission is a quest to reach out to souls in the Kakrao village and neighboring villages that are sinking under the influence of alcoholism and other drug related vices, along with the HIV/AIDS pandemic, that has left many children orphaned and has left infected families stigmatized.

Pastor Oguro and his staff encounter many desperate cases of orphans and vulnerable children who needed love and attention. We meet many widows  living in extreme poverty. Some of whom their families have been wiped out by the HIV/AIDS and are left with their malnourished orphaned grandchildren, who cannot even attend school because of a lack of  learning materials.

At EVM we provide nourishment for the body and the soul as God has commanded us.

James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. We provide non-judgemental love and care for those in need and we provide a way for these people to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

John 3:16
